If your site is not currently contracted for hardware or remote maintenance with CSPI, it is your responsibility to work directly with your hardware-network provider for resolution. If CSPI assistance is required for non-contracted hardware services, the service fee will be billed at our then current rate and terms.

** After-hours service is available at the timeframes outlined above. This service is for emergency-billable assistance. Service calls placed during these timeframes will be billed at our current rate and terms. Please select the appropriate option for After Hours assistance; otherwise, your call will be returned during normal business hours. All Check Imaging support calls placed after 10:00 pm CST Monday through Friday will be returned the following business day.
