Kurt Luebbering
President
I joined CSPI in 2014. My background includes 20+ years of software development experience as well as logistics management experience. I was the original architect and developer of Remit Plus, a remittance processing application. I have been involved in many development projects including logistics, imaging, item processing and remote deposit. My previous positions include management and developer positions at Jack Henry & Associates, Gold Leaf Financial Solutions and DataTrade.
Sarah Kempker
Director of Software Support
I joined the CSPI family in June 1998 after graduating with a degree in Computer Technology. My duties included scheduling and coordinating installs and on-call, working directly with development on new and existing software, as well as supporting our customers. Over the years the company has grown and some of my duties have been passed along to other members of our team. We have created many new positions including Install Coordinator and Quality Assurance. In July 2007 I became the Assistant Software Support Manager and in May 2008 I accepted the position of Software Support Manager. My current duties include working with all departments to ensure a software solution that exceeds customer expectations. The fast paced, ever so changing environment provides many rewarding and challenging opportunities.
We are a small, efficient company and I am honored to work with such an experienced and dedicated staff. Our callback time has dramatically improved over the past few years with an average of less than 15 minutes. I attribute that to our committed employees. We take pride in timely, professional support and strive to make our customers top priority.
Brian Dougherty
Core Operations Manager
I have worked in the financial services industry for 29 years, including back office operations at a community bank and a variety of support, implementations, programming and management roles with Broadway & Seymour, Jack Henry & Associates and now CSPI. For the last 17 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients and teammates in the Aurora Advantage CU product (formerly Cruisenet).
I recognize that no matter the title or position held, the core of what we do is exceeding customer expectations. This is accomplished by delivering dependable, robust products, but even more so, by displaying a sincere care for our customer’s success and well being in everything we do.
Dennis Roy
Director of R & D
In April 2000, I joined CSPI as a Software Support Representative. I performed image installations and provided support to our customers throughout the United States. I travelled extensively during this time which gave me many challenges as well as opportunities for growth. I can truly say that the relationships that I gained with our customers during that time are still treasured today. They are the reason for my successes with CSPI and what pushed me to continue to grow and challenge myself and others around me to “Exceed Customer Expectations”.
In April 2002, I was promoted to Assistant Manager of Software Support. In this position, I assisted the manager with technical aspects of our support group and to ensure that no details were overlooked. I helped our installers develop checklists, streamlined processes for new conversions, and assisted in keeping our existing customers’ pleased.
As our customer base and product offerings continued to grow, we found the need for someone to help manage our customer relationships. My manager was promoted to the position of Manager of Customer Service. Therefore in April 2004, I was promoted to Manager of Software Support. We grew our support staff not only by adding people, but also by cross-training and building teamwork so that each individual had a greater understanding of our products. This allowed everyone to handle support for all of our products which we hadn’t had before.
Building this extraordinary support team allowed me to work with management and look at CSPI as a whole to focus on our strategies for the future. In April 2008, I was promoted to Director of Operations to help facilitate CSPI’s vision and goals with its managers, employees, and customers. No matter what department a customer is working with, we strive to bridge gaps and provide seamless answers and solutions so that each one sees that we value our partnerships and work to “Exceed Customer Expectations”.
When I am away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. We enjoy spending time together with our extended family doing activities in the outdoors and on our family farm.
Emily Twillman
Director of Brand Management & Sales Engineering
I have worked in the banking industry nearly 20 years. Through my journey at CSPI I have enjoyed engaging with customers through a multitude of avenues.
During my first 10 years at CSPI, I fulfilled the role of Software Support Representative supporting our Item Processing, Cold Reports and WebDeposit products. I led many special projects including new customer installations and training. In more recent years, I have worked closely with our Sales team by providing product demos for Online & Mobile Banking, Document Management, and Online Account Opening and Lending. In my spare time, I get to indulge my creative side and lead marketing initiatives.
My favorite part of my role is building relationships with bankers in both the community bank and credit union sectors. I look forward to attending events with bank associations and leagues across the nation and visiting our clients to ensure CSPI's vision properly aligns with our clients. I also have the pleasure of networking with several industry leaders in the FinTech space and prospecting partnerships.
Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, cheering my son on in wrestling, watching my daughter do gymnastics, or volunteering for the Super Sam Foundation: Fighting Childhood Cancer.
